Copper Common is the latest project from the fabulous folks behind one of SLC’s most beloved restaurants, Copper Onion. In a quick ‘what the heck’ moment in early 2014, pan-Asian eatery Plum Alley closed, and Copper Common opened shop in its place. Gone are the myriad of twinkling lamps and soft wood effects; in their place a more upscale restrained design with a dash of European class.
Copper Common is first and foremost a bar, as such you better be 21 to enter. This hip destination is equally perfect for an after work drink, late night nightcap or evening long hangout. Coming from the Copper Onion team, you also know the food is going to be a step above the regular wings and rings too.
