If there’s one type of cuisine Salt Laker’s are no stranger to, it’s Greek. The valley is littered with options, North to South. A favorite of downtown residents is Greek Souvlaki open six days a week and serving everything from fast food staples like gyro, burgers and fries through more traditional Greek dishes like dolmathes and loukoumades.
