We Olive in Salt Lake City is the first local branch of this boutique regional franchise. The name of the game is olive oil and vinegar and at We Olive the team encourage you to test and sample anything you can see; if your game, they’ll guide you carefully to find the oil or vinegar of your dreams.

While you’re there, sample from their light food menu featuring items like flatbread and salads, many of which incorporate products you will find around the store. Bonus points: a wonderful, curated list of wine and beer.
