Manoli’s is ran by chef and owner Manoli Katsanevas. That surname might be familiar to you and you’d be right – the Katsanevas family are the folks behind Utah’s famed Crown Burgers. Manoli’s though is the counter opposite to Crown’s fast food; the cuisine here is a modern, upscale and elegant interpretation of Greek flavors and dishes.

I’m the founder, writer and wrangler at Gastronomic SLC – Utah’s biggest and oldest online food magazine; I’m also a former restaurant critic of more than five years, working for the Salt Lake Tribune.
