Ella Lee’s Soul Food Kitchen is a restaurant concept coming from the same folks behind Benji’s Bar-B-Que Shack in South Salt Lake. The restaurant is expected to draw on the family recipes of owner/operator Benji, from his Georgia roots. You can read that menu here.
