Peruvian cuisine offers a glimpse into a nation influenced by diverse immigration. Chinese influenced dishes like fried rice are great at El Rocoto, as are Italian ones such as the heady Basil-Spinach tossed noodles with grilled chicken.
My favorite though is Pollo A La Brasa – roasted chicken. One of Peru’s national dishes, comes spice rubbed at El Rocoto and also available in three portion sizes: 1/4, 1/2 and whole chicken. Whatever you pick though will surely be wondefully succulent choice!
