Bistro 222 on Main Street in downtown SLC continues to evolve and change. Now under the watch of chef Brady Gray (formerly of Ruthâ€™s Chris) the menu changed again in late 2015. What you will still find though is a diverse mix of cuisines and selections centered around New American cuisine.
