Since May 2016, East side residents have a new Chinese restaurant to choose an array of delicious items from; and an eclectic one at that. Items on the menu include selections that might be unfamiliar to many: soy sauce eggs, beef tongue and gizzards to name just a few!

Hi, I’m Stuart, nice to meet you! I’m the founder, writer and wrangler at Gastronomic SLC – Utah’s biggest and oldest online food magazine; I’m also a former restaurant critic of more than five years, working for the Salt Lake Tribune.
