Yoshi’s is a veteran of the SLC dining scene. Owner Eddee Johansen’s restaurant opened in 2001 and has been serving the community ever since. Most recently the business also started a food truck – Yoshi’s Enso Grill – taking Yoshi’s cuisine direct to the people. That means a tasty range of rice bowls (Teriyaki Chicken pictured above) and Japanese snacks to go like sushi and gyoza.
