  1. At first I tried to just give the experience the benefit of the doubt, but ended up very unhappy. Our drinks we served warm, no ice. The server told us he would be bringing out fresh hot bread as soon as it came out of the oven, when he did it was cold. My meatloaf was supposed to be wrapped in bacon, it wasn’t. My green beans never made it to the table, I was served asparagus instead. Then after being charged an 18% gratuity the waiter asked for a cash tip!! I was paying for myself and my daughter only and the waiter ended up walking away with a tip almost as large as my bill!! I’m still trying to figure out why he would tell us their card machine wasn’t working so he couldn’t bring us a check, then ask us for a cash tip when he charged a gratuity on top of all that…seems very suspicious and super dishonest to me. When I contacted the manager about it the response given was “your server makes so little money, I can’t go back and ask him what happened, this sounds like you should have just payed closer attention to your check, I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do to help you.” At that point I decided it would be the last time I ever visited this establishment, very disappointed at the way we were treated and how dishonest the entire staff seems to be. If you like being deceived and having your hard earned money taken from you this is the place to be.
