Hands down one of the best restaurants in all of Utah, and one of our personal favorites. The Copper Onion is the work of chef and owner Ryan Lowder, and an impeccable team. The New American menu is always being tweaked and changed but favorites such as sautéed mushrooms, mussels and the Copper Onion burger are ever present. The restaurant show cases local producers and crafts elegant, refined cuisine. Do not miss.
