Have now returned a number of times.. never disappoints. Fresh, fabulous food “artistically” prepared … delicious!

Midway has a new and unique spot —we are lucky to have this level of quality right off Main Street…

Best sandwich we’ve ever had

We are visiting from out-of-town and asked locals about where to eat. One mentioned Hidden Peak Provisions, and as she described it, we became very intrigued. We are only here for a short period of time, and already have reservations booked for all our other meals. We loved what we ate here so very much that we are thinking we just might cancel our reservations elsewhere and go here again because nowhere else can possibly beat it. Every bite was full of flavor. Things were on our sandwiches that we would have never thought to put on a sandwich, and yet it all belonged. Who would have thought that a sandwich could be an art? But yeah, here it definitely is.

I’d drive a pretty far drive just so I can come back again.
